Next we should go for data on OAP payments to people who never worked in the UK. The EU told the UK government to make OAP payments to anyone in the EU who lived in the UK for six months leading up to or after normal retirement date. It is my belief many came from the poorer parts of the EU to get these benefits and then went home. They likely still get the money but it should stop.

As the debate on immigration and its effects ramps up and becomes a little more open, you can feel the groundswell of emotion on any platform where people come together to express opinion. You can see why the powers that be wanted to suppress information and stifle debate. The effect of that is it explodes with renewed force whenever it is released. The fury over immigration and its effects coupled with the disastrous government economic ( and other ) policies is building . It’s hard to see quite what will come next , the blue touchpaper is getting ready for a spark
My own English ethnicity was always subsumed within,it was unspoken.I did not need to acknowledge it as a freeborn Englishman, it was however an integral part of my identity.
The mass uncontrolled immigration of the last twenty five years has caused it to surface.
How ironic that the left and their absurd open borders policies have caused that identity to surface.
Absolutely, the right must be balanced and fair on foreign policy - not just in the Middle East but also Russia Ukraine.
The Tories are not balanced, nor is the Labour government. The influence of Conservative and Labour Friends of Israel is powerful, both through funding and weaponising claims of antisemitism. Matt isn't balanced and fair either, nor is Reform.
It does feel as though we are being pushed in western countries to pick a side, to wave a flag, to cheer for war rather seek a peaceful settlement. In the UK I see state support for the more extreme elements on both sides but none for genuine, good faith diplomacy.
Perhaps because good faith among some of the parties involved is lacking . Failure to make a stand, to pick a side is part of what has got us into the mess we are in and will ensure Starmer doesn’t get us out of it
Fantastic Matt...more exposure and opportunity to tell the truth and expose the horrors that 'ordinary' patriotic Brits are exposed to, often without their consent.

But the Right must be overtly anti oligarchy and be balanced and fair on foreign policy, e.g Israel/ Palestine to ever win over the youth.
